Della Carnegie

Della's Leadership Legacy
With over 15 years across UK central government, the NHS, and private sector transformation, Della brings rare depth to everything Aetherbloom is built on.
As former HR Lead for the Senior Civil Service Division, she led recruitment for ministers and executive-level government appointments across Whitehall, including close collaboration with the Department of Health and Social Care during one of its most demanding periods.
Before co-founding Aetherbloom, she stepped into a scaling business as its first-ever Head of HR and Operations, building its people infrastructure from scratch. She then relocated to South Africa with a simple belief: that exceptional people, given the right opportunity and support, will exceed every expectation.
That belief shaped Aetherbloom's hiring, its training, its standards, and its culture. She brings what few can: the governance discipline of UK central government and the drive to build something real from nothing.

Grace brings a founder's instinct and analyst's precision to Aetherbloom.
Her early career was forged in high-stakes hospitality, including the London 2012 Olympics and Royal Ascot. She learned that service excellence is not a policy; it is a discipline built under pressure, at scale, in real time.
She holds a Master's in data analytics and business intelligence, a foundation she uses daily to source, assess and place talent. Grace reads workforce trends, cultural dynamics, and performance patterns to match people with precision.
Her background spans construction recruitment, property management, and organisations of every size, from small teams to large national operations. That breadth taught her how culture travels across industries, and how to build teams that hold together when conditions change.
Raised in a family of public servants, she has always wanted to build something bigger than herself. Today, as Managing Director, she architects Aetherbloom's client strategy and leads its growth bridging operational rigour and human experience.
